Hello everyone! I am That Girl Shannon. I have been helping people make their homes beautiful for over 14 years, it fills my soul and I absolutely love it! I started and currently run a successful furniture and design store in a small, rural Canadian town. Everyday customers leave their large city centers and travel hours to come work with me! This is humbling, but it also makes me realize what people want… they want a guiding hand, a friend, someone they can lean on, someone that understands that the choices they are about to make are important to them. That is why I am so excited that United Floors has asked me to share my vision and expertise with their valued customers!

I am passionate about helping people and doing what I was put on this Earth to do. I look forward to bringing my experience, my design, and my natural eye for putting everything together to help you. I want to bring you comfort and ease that your choices are producing a beautiful home to share with your friends and family. One of the biggest challenges most people face when starting a new-build or a renovation is the incredible amount of options and choices that are available. It can be overwhelming! They are all good options and choices as long as you understand that each choice will equate into a different outcome. That in itself can scare people but I am here to help. I feel that with my years of experience, constant exposure to the home fashion industry and my overall interest in the success of your entire project, I can bring to you some amazing choices that will narrow things down to make things easier for you. Sometimes too many choices are just that… too many choices. With the introduction of my handpicked collections, I will be able to give you what you don’t even know you want yet. Putting together flooring, tile choices and all the other design elements that are going to make your house a home, or as I like to say “PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE” is what I want to help you achieve. I am just like you, faced with a constantly changing myriad of design options. As I am currently renovating a cabin of my own, I realize first-hand that the choices can be abundant and overwhelming. Information on costs, choices of materials, durability factors in our Canadian climate and most important of course – FASHION all must come together for a beautiful result. I will give you an experienced guiding light to make your first step in the right direction and we will do it together with someone who cares about you. My goal is to help you achieve the feeling you are wanting as well as make the process easy and comfortable.
