How We Use It

For the fantastic fajitas, generously season both sides of skirt or flank steak 30 minutes before grilling (or refrigerate up to a day in advance).

For ground meat tacos and chili, use 1.5 tablespoons of Taco Secret for every pound of meat. To prepare ground meat tacos, brown any variety of meat (e.g. beef, bison, lamb, turkey) over medium-high heat, drain the meat, season with Taco Secret and then cook, stirring, until the mixture is combined and fragrant. Pour 1/4 cup of water, broth, or beer into the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes and serve.

Taco Secret is also the perfect seasoning for pots of beans, queso, guacamole, and warm tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Salt, spices (including chili pepper, cumin, oregano, coriander and cinnamon), cocoa processed with alkali and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
